This role involves assisting in training and evaluating stewards, ensuring the maintenance and proper care of equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment. The Lead Steward must adhere to MSDS guidelines for chemical safety, enforce department and property policies, and perform various kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors. The position also requires upholding the company's Mission Statement and values, representing the property positively, and maintaining knowledge of property information.
