About The Position

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Lead to provide leadership to certified and non-certified technicians in planning, coordination, and prioritization. The role performs all essential functions of a Sterile Processing Technician, provides training and education to staff, and carries out special assignments essential to department service delivery. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with an 8-hour swing shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with call.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain CRCST or CSPDT certification.
• Two years of experience in Sterile Processing.
• Leadership skills demonstrated to management.
• Create and foster a cooperative teamwork environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to certified and non-certified technicians in planning, coordination, and prioritization.
