About The Position

We are seeking a creative and strategic Lead Specialist, Video & Photography to develop and execute high-quality visual content that supports our Medical business objectives. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on production expertise, overseeing the creation of video and photography assets that align with brand standards and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling that advances key business priorities. This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years of professional and proven experience in video production and photography, including hands-on shooting and editing
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro)

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Cinema 4D (3-D animation and modeling software)

Responsibilities

• Lead the concepting, planning, and production of video and photography projects from start to finish
• Develop compelling visual storytelling that translates business and communication objectives into engaging content for internal and external audiences
• Serve as a creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance on visual strategy and execution
• Ensure all content is on brand, aligned with strategic priorities, and delivered on time
• Maintain and elevate brand standards through consistent creative direction and quality control
• Operate effectively within a highly regulated, matrixed environment, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, workflows, and creative output
