About The Position

We are seeking a creative and strategic Lead Specialist, Video & Photography to develop and execute high-quality visual content that supports our Medical business objectives. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on production expertise, overseeing the creation of video and photography assets that align with brand standards and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling that advances key business priorities. This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years of professional and proven experience in video production and photography, including hands-on shooting and editing
Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro)

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Cinema 4D (3-D animation and modeling software)

Responsibilities

Lead the concepting, planning, and production of video and photography projects from start to finish
Develop compelling visual storytelling that translates business and communication objectives into engaging content for internal and external audiences
Serve as a creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance on visual strategy and execution
Ensure all content is on brand, aligned with strategic priorities, and delivered on time
Maintain and elevate brand standards through consistent creative direction and quality control
Operate effectively within a highly regulated, matrixed environment, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, workflows, and creative output
