About The Position

Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.

Requirements

• High school plus six years experience in related field.
• Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Responsibilities

• Handle current and prospective student inquiries for multiple programs
• Use internal systems to resolve inquiries, including but not limited to: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Canvas, Focus, Raider Success Hub, CampusCE
• Act as a resource for answering questions and resolving issues to part-time contact support representatives
• Assist in training new team members
• Handle escalated issues from part-time contact support representatives
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Provide feedback on areas for process improvement
• Stay up-to-date on TTU Online and TTU K12 policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base resources and training materials
• Triage complex problems and direct them to the appropriate departments
