About The Position

Huntington Learning Center in Downers Grove, IL is hiring tutors for K-12 instruction in Reading, Writing, or Math. We are looking for dedicated teachers to help our students reach a brighter future! The Downers Grove center is a rapidly growing location. We seek to hire the best, most talented professionals for our center and are always looking to add instructors who are looking to positively impact the lives of our students. Requirements

• Part-time evening and/or weekend availability
• College degree required
• Teaching certification required

Nice To Haves

• Type 09 teaching certification is a plus
• Relevant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Teaching experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Teaching students
• Implementing curriculum
• Communicating student needs to full-time staff
• Creating a positive, supportive and interactive environment for our students
