As a Lead Specialist on our Crisis Support team, you bring deep operational expertise in incident monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication—while also mentoring peers and setting the standard for excellence in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. This role operates on a rotating schedule, with shifts changing every four months. Team members work 10-hour shifts, followed by three consecutive days off, ensuring comprehensive coverage 24/7/365. This structure provides both extended rest periods and consistent operational support throughout the day. The Walmart Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is a 24/7/365 global crisis monitoring and reporting center that intakes critical incidents including infrastructure incidents, threats related to criminal activities, geo-political crises, weather-related emergencies, and other events that may impact Walmart associates, customers, facilities, or operations worldwide.
