About The Position

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas, our vision is simple: to make each visit the best hour of our client's month. As a Lead Spa Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and helping drive spa performance. We are looking for someone to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, support Spa Associates through coaching, training, and daily guidance, meet and exceed membership sales and retail goals, build lasting relationships with members and guests, promote spa services, memberships, and special offers, assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations, maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks, and help create a positive, results-driven team culture.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, availability must include weekends
