As a Lead Spa Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and helping drive spa performance. Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability should include 10-6pm Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
• Support Spa Associates through coaching, training, and daily guidance
• Meet and exceed membership sales and retail goals
• Build lasting relationships with members and guests
• Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations
• Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks
• Help create a positive, results-driven team culture
