Requirements

• Industry experience 4 + years
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities and self-motivated
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Previous experience with Job Management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lighting quotations for your respective jobs.
• Establish and maintain good working relations with key lighting vendors
• Strategize with vendors, customers and sales to win profitable jobs
• Produce quotes, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents
• Support Construction Group sales team
• Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate error-free quotations, timely follow-up, on-time submittals
• Work with purchasing to ensure stock compatibility with agency project strength and support
