About The Position

The HR Technology Solutions Architect designs, governs, and implements end-to-end solutions across Acuity’s HR technology landscape, including integrations with Finance and other systems that exchange HR data. The role spans hire-to-retire processes and ensures solutions are well-designed, integrated, extensible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards and long-term strategy. It connects HR platforms, processes, data, and interfaces to deliver secure, scalable, intuitive experiences; governs workforce data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected finance, payroll, identity, planning, and analytics systems; and builds capabilities to operate the platform globally. The architect owns the HR technology ecosystem’s solution strategy and target architecture and serves as the primary architecture authority for HR solutions and data flows. The role establishes governance and design standards, aligns platform capabilities with enterprise priorities, and partners with HR leaders and product managers to simplify, standardize, and digitize workflows. It also governs platform configuration, extensions, releases, and complementary technologies while incorporating security, privacy, compliance, and internal controls. The position sets standards for HR data architecture, quality, master data, metadata, retention, auditability, reporting, integrations, and enterprise connectivity. It ensures reliable data exchange between HR and finance systems and coordinates with Finance, Payroll, Identity, Data and Analytics, and application teams on data ownership, lineage, controls, and exception management. During implementations, the architect provides hands-on technology leadership through design reviews, configuration validation, solution walkthroughs, design approvals, and support for testing and defect resolution. The role guides scope, sequencing, dependencies, technical risk, cutover, and adoption; then leads stabilization, optimization, and enhancement after go-live. It also evaluates SAP SuccessFactors features and releases and advises on implementation approaches and architectural impact. The position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes 1–20% travel. The salary range is $150,000 to $271,000, with placement depending on experience and geographic location. Acuity offers health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401(k) benefits, and commissions or incentive compensation depending on the role.
