About The Position

As a Lead Solutions Analyst on JP Morgan Chase’s Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Platform (AMDP) team, you will help drive technical program delivery. You will serve as a bridge among product owners, business teams, operations, and software developers, translating business requirements into technically feasible solutions and providing data-informed insights for business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you will navigate ambiguity, manage change, and communicate with diverse stakeholders while ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role includes evaluating processes, identifying opportunities to create business value, and supporting successful project delivery under tight timelines. You will also mentor junior analysts, lead cross-departmental projects, and foster innovation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data-visualization platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques and experience developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency with SQL databases, including developing and optimizing procedures and views for data management and retrieval.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to support solutions-analysis workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Experience leading through change, navigating ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects.
• Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, independently and collaboratively.
• Critical-thinking skills and ability to adopt new technologies while balancing stakeholder and user requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards and data-visualization tools.
• Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering-related field, or equivalent related professional experience.
• Dashboard development with Tableau.
• Data warehousing and data lake experience.
• Experience aggregating and transforming data for optimized reporting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning.
• Provide project status reports to business stakeholders.
• Meet tight deadlines while supporting project success; identify potential risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Recommend improvements to application functionality.
• Influence senior leaders, finance teams, and technology contributors, and communicate complex problems to audiences at all levels.
• Design and wireframe user-interface improvements to enhance user experience.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and foster innovation.
