About The Position

Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies using a range of AI technologies and methods to address client business needs while aligning with organizational strategies and business goals and considering key ethical issues. Apply leading-edge principles and concepts, contribute to developing new concepts, and solve unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions. The role operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed decisions and includes mentoring or supervising employees in company and technical competencies. The architect leads end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of complex AI programs; develops AI/ML roadmaps and evaluates technical alternatives; and manages a portfolio of AI initiatives at different maturity levels. The role advises Director- and Executive-level leaders on CTO-aligned strategy, and translates technical research and development into governed, secure, enterprise-ready offerings integrated into business workflows. It also involves designing and deploying advanced AI systems and secure, compliant MLOps and CI/CD pipelines in highly regulated environments, while communicating recommendations to senior leaders and operational stakeholders and contributing hands-on to prototypes and demonstrations. Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet U.S. government client eligibility requirements. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements. The position’s projected annualized compensation range is $112,800 to $257,000 USD. During hiring, candidates must complete identity verification using biometrics and AI and are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. AI or other tools may not be used to assist with interview responses unless explicitly permitted. The work model is not specified for this position; the posting provides general descriptions of remote, hybrid, and onsite arrangements.
