Demonstrating and evangelizing Salesforce's IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, built on the Service Cloud platform.
Articulating the value proposition of Agentforce IT Service, which revolutionizes how employees get help and IT teams deliver it.
Highlighting how the solution enables conversational, always-on support within employee workflows (e.g., Slack).
Explaining the automation of end-to-end incident management, including AI-driven triage and intelligent routing.
Showcasing the unification of IT and HR service on a single platform.
Detailing the use of a native CMDB for visualizing asset relationships and dependencies.
Demonstrating how the solution can boost productivity and reduce costs through automation.
Explaining how to enable the Agentic Enterprise by combining human expertise with AI assistance for proactive support.
