About The Position

We’re looking for
a senior, cloud‑focused Solution Architect
to help modernize agent‑centric digital platforms using AWS, serverless, and event‑driven architectures. This role is
ideal for someone who enjoys designing modern systems, leading architectural
decisions, and building scalable integrations across SaaS platforms.
You’ll play a key
role in shifting legacy systems toward cloud‑native,
API‑first, serverless‑first architectures, while helping elevate digital
experiences for agents and customers.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing AWS‑native architectures (serverless, event‑driven, and API‑led)
• Strong background in software engineering, not just architecture diagrams
• Expertise designing secure, scalable APIs and integrations
• Experience integrating cloud platforms with enterprise SaaS tools
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and influence across technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cloud‑native architectures on AWS, with a strong emphasis on serverless and event‑driven patterns
• Establish API‑first and SaaS‑first integration strategies, connecting cloud systems with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Adobe Experience Manager
• Define architecture standards, reference designs, and guardrails to support scalable, reliable delivery
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to translate needs into platform capabilities
• Guide teams through modernization efforts from legacy (.NET/C#) systems to AWS‑native services
• Mentor engineers and solution teams on modern architecture, integration patterns, and delivery best practices
