Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legacy systems, modern cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to help design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles.
• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry, including familiarity with Value Based Contracting, Provider Contracting, Provider Integrations, Attachments, electronic communications with provider systems, document sharing, security, Identify Access Management, claims processing, eligibility, and provider data management systems.
• Strong mainframe experience (IBM, CICS, DB2), including integration with modern platforms.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
• Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Lucid For Sketch Creation
• API design and integration
• Data architecture and governance
• DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Security and compliance in healthcare IT

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
• Experience with Low Code/No Code and Rules Framework tools
