About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Solar Installer to lead our crew on daily job sites. This role involves coordinating tasks, supervising and training workers, ensuring safety and quality standards, and resolving any arising problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a solar foreman
• In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Valid Drivers License required
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)
• Roofing experience a plus
• Electrical experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead your crew on daily job sites
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Supervise and train workers and crew members
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of equipment
• Resolve problems when they arise
