About The Position

This role involves contributing as an individual during test design, test planning, and test execution. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an agile/scrum methodology, utilizing tools like JIRA, and participating in agile ceremonies. A key aspect of this position is the ability to manage offshore resources and collaborate effectively across different functions. This includes working closely with product management and development teams to understand requirements and technical specifications. The role requires developing test plans, providing testing estimates, and communicating issues appropriately. The candidate should possess a strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Excelling in fast-paced environments and leading a team of test engineers in their daily activities, while guiding their approach, are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant QA technical experience
3+ years of Postman API exp.
Experience being part of an agile/scrum methodology
Use of tools like JIRA
Familiar with agile ceremonies
Experience with Selenium-based automation solutions, writing, executing and maintaining tests
Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Excels at working in a fast-paced environments
