About The Position

We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Digital Experience Test Enablement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment to deliver Automation solutions that help Product Teams improve testing, business processes, and services. This role emphasizes end-to-end execution—from Automation solution design and development to deployment—and a mindset focused on innovation, including agentic AI, GenAI, and cloud/platform engineering. You’ll have opportunities to lead small automation teams, collaborate with engineers across the department, and influence improvements to test strategy, operational workflows, and software delivery practices.

Requirements

Python with pyspark, scala, spark, NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, and Java J2EE, Go along with AWS – S3, Glue (ETL – PySpark, Python, scala), Kinesis Streams, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB, Athena/SQL, IAM framework, Lambda, SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, etc.
AI/ML tools and techniques, including GenAI development, Agents, and LLM-based models, to build intelligent solutions that enhance test and product capabilities, monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, Cloudwatch, and Dynatrace.
Very good at TFE (Terraform Enterprise), Good experience with using Play Wright/Karate/SoapUI / Postman / JMeter/Artillery/Gatling Tools Experience in Automation scripts.(Infrastructure As a Code)
Git Lab CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and empower others
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing, high-velocity environment
Comfortable resolving highly complex problems using expert knowledge across multiple application types
Comfortable working within an Onsite/Offshore delivery model

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Automation software solutions using python pyspark, Angular, and Go.
Apply AI tools and techniques, including GenAI development, Agents, and LLM-based models, to build intelligent solutions that enhance test and product capabilities.
Collaborate with Modernization teams to develop innovative solutions to accelerate software development life cycle delivery.
Build and optimize AI and Cloud workflows (including pipelines, orchestration, and integrations).
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
