In this role, you will hold direct end-to-end technical ownership over the launch of Trimble TMS, bridging system architecture, rapid AI prototyping, and production deployment. You will have the unique opportunity to work across disciplines as a true generalist, shaping product strategy while solving critical real-world challenges for new and existing customers.

Requirements

Significant hands-on experience designing, writing, and delivering complex production software.
Demonstrated expertise in technical design, architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and production troubleshooting.
Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering quality and speed.
Exceptional product judgment, systems thinking, and direct customer discovery skills.
Strong adaptability and self-direction with a proven track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with full-stack development using Azure, C#, React, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with AI-driven development tools like Cursor.
Domain knowledge in transportation operations, logistics, finance, or accounting.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support production software across front-end, back-end, data, and cloud infrastructure.
Lead technical design and establish pragmatic architecture decisions that balance velocity, code quality, security, and scalability.
Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and operational readiness.
Partner directly with customers to discover operational workflows, translate business needs into technical designs, and execute seamless system migrations.
Drive engineering excellence through clear code standards, automated testing, system observability, and hands-on team leadership.
