About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer to guide our team in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex software systems. This role involves analyzing user requirements, debugging existing software, designing and coding new software, integrating existing systems, and developing data queries. The Lead Software Engineer will also be responsible for designing complex database interfaces, developing algorithms, and assisting with test procedures. Additionally, this position requires managing software development teams, coordinating software system installations, and monitoring equipment functioning. A key aspect of this role is utilizing software development methodologies to conduct simulations and provide input on system design.

Requirements

• 20 years of SWE experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• US Citizenship
• TS/SCI with Poly

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills
• Expert in Java SE 7
• Intermediate in JavaScript, Java EE, and open-source utility tools
