About The Position

The Lead Software Engineer will design and develop privileged access management solutions to enhance organizational security. This role involves designing solutions that align with identity governance, administration, and access management standards, fixing vulnerabilities in existing deployments, and deploying and coordinating security solutions. The engineer will provide level 3 support for day-to-day issues, offer technical leadership and consultation to vendors, suppliers, and end-users, and direct the testing of new functionalities. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to identify needs, facilitating the implementation of new functionalities through training and demonstrations, and collaborating with business users and technology partners. The role also involves writing technical documents for the production support team, serving as a point of contact for new implementations, analyzing business requirements, and performing proofs of concept for new integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer, IT Lead, Consultant (IT), or related occupation.
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer/Developer, IT Lead, Consultant (IT), or related occupation.
Designing and developing privileged access management solutions utilizing CyberArk, Beyondtrust, and HashiCorp Vault.
Building custom connectors and plugins for Cyberark and HashiCorp vaults using Go-lang and Python.
Utilizing cloud-based platforms including AWS and Azure to deploy and configure privileged access management tools CyberArk, Beyondtrust, and HashiCorp Vault.
Using Terraform to build infrastructure and deploy applications while using the CI/CD pipeline.
Developing applications in Java and React.
Building monitoring and alerts utilizing Dynatrace and Splunk dashboards for existing and new infrastructure.
Providing engineering support on day-to-day issues for complex privileged access management issues in CyberArk, Beyondtrust, and HashiCorp Vault.
Writing scripts in PowerShell.
Configuring SSO, OAuth, and SAML authentication.
Developing identity management solutions using Sailpoint Identity IQ.
Developing identity management solutions using Oracle Identity Manager.
Developing access management solutions using Oracle Access Manager, Ping Identity, and Okta.

Responsibilities

Design and develop privileged access management solutions that improve the security of the organization.
Design solutions that adhere to identity governance, administration, and access management standards.
Fix vulnerabilities in current deployments.
Deploy and coordinate security solutions and provide level 3 support on day-to-day issues.
