About The Position

We are seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will lead the design and delivery of Plan Intelligence, an internal analytics platform for plan portfolio analysis, market insights, consumer segments, and EI packages used by division and product teams. You will own features end to end across a server-rendered React and TypeScript front end and a Python FastAPI service backed by PostgreSQL on AWS. You will partner with data engineering on the pipelines that feed plan, geospatial, and margin data into the platform, and help define the contracts between them. You will build and tune interactive mapping, charting, and export experiences over large plan and community datasets. You will extend LLM-assisted features built on AWS Bedrock, keeping output quality, latency, and cost within agreed limits. You will support the platform across development, UAT, and production environments on AWS, using application monitoring and product analytics to find and resolve issues.
