About The Position

Raytheon’s Data, Analytics, and AI organization is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer for its Factory Analysis Software Tools (FAST) team. The role builds applications and data-driven tools that help engineering and factory teams understand how products are built and tested. The tools turn complex manufacturing and test data into useful insights for Engineering, Operations, and Quality, supporting production investigations, identification of process variation, improved test yields, and faster decision-making. This practical development role works directly with engineers and factory stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, and deploy tools in active production environments. The work spans web applications, Python-based data processing, databases, APIs, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools. The position is hybrid and based in Tucson, Arizona, with onsite work typically required one to three times per month depending on project needs, including work in factory or classified environments. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
