The Role Drive the modernization and operational excellence of lumen.com by developing and supporting scalable digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role combines Full Stack development, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and AI-first engineering practices to accelerate platform modernization, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. Working closely with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams, the successful candidate will leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve code quality, development velocity, platform reliability, and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEMaaCS.
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and distributed services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, scalability, performance, and security.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery organizations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), leveraging modern frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering, utilizing AI tools to accelerate development, architecture, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities to automate engineering workflows and enhance digital experiences.
- Contribute to platform architecture, modernization, and integration initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release processes, and production support activities to ensure operational excellence and platform reliability.
- Partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence through automation, testing, observability, and continuous improvement practices.
