This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The Lead Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt role performs end-to-end IT project management throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with client goals, business strategies, and industry best practices while managing concurrent projects of varying complexity across multiple regions and functions. This resource will lead a project/program team to deliver solutions/products/platforms. This resource should be efficient in the Project Management discipline and viewed as the leader of overall project/program. This resource should be primary contact and liaison with the customer/client. This resource provides project/program management for the full end to end solution on complex cross-functional programs that involve system/software, hardware and network development and/or migrations across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Rest of World (International). This resource works with the main customer/client (internal or external), any systems/vendors/stakeholders internal or external to AT&T, as well as local MNOs and vendors across the globe. Resource should have working experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously that could range from several small projects to very large/complex projects with 50+ system/vendor/partner impacts.
