The position requires identifying and assessing opportunities for enhancing existing Workday features and functionalities, leading or participating in Workday release management activities, and designing and implementing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics. Close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver product enhancements is expected. Benchmarking Workday solutions against industry best practices and ensuring compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and security policies are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, the role involves configuring tables, fields, and forms, defining business rules, UI policies, and client scripts, configuring workflows and approvals using ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor, designing and configuring service portals, widgets, and catalog items, setting up user roles, groups, and permissions, and configuring integrations with external systems. The role also requires configuring software solutions to allow users to customize behavior and appearance without custom coding, utilizing Workday tools, reporting, integrations (EIB, Studio CoreConnectors), and security configuration, and designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex Workday solutions.
