Benchmarking Workday solutions against industry best practices and ensuring compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and security policies are also crucial aspects of this role. The role also involves configuring tables, fields, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, approvals, service portals, widgets, catalog items, user roles, groups, permissions, and integrations with external systems. The ability to configure software solutions without custom coding is also a requirement.
