Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Previous experience working with children
Previous leadership experience
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills
Ability to ski and/or snowboard at an intermediate level
Able to work in and build cross functional teams
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
Teaching Experience (ski and ride school or equivalent)
Previous supervisory experience
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required to work as needed, including holidays, weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the quality of the Ski and Ride School facilities, support lessons, and ensure smooth operations.
Manage snack, lunch and other indoor activities.
Manage the Cozy Corner for children working through separation anxiety and those being checked-out early.
Work with small children to facilitate appropriate games and activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Assist with ski school classes and lead indoor activities.
Work with all SRS Management team to support and achieve Guest Experience targets for the success of the Ski & Ride School.
Understand, lead and model safety standards and the safety business plan for Ski and Ride.
Communicate effectively with leadership, peers and other departments to create an environment of support and trust that will benefit staff and guests.
Understand, lead and model the Company’s mission, vision and values.
