About The Position
The Lead Sign Installer leads a crew and installs interior and exterior signs, graphics, and vehicle wraps. This is field-based work at customer locations, with travel to job sites as needed. The role requires hands-on installation work, safe use of tools and equipment, communication with customers, and maintaining an organized job site.
Requirements
- Sign installation, construction, or related trade experience.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work hands-on.

Responsibilities
- Lead a crew and oversee daily installation projects.
- Install, remove, and repair interior and exterior signs and graphics.
- Read layouts, take measurements, and ensure quality installations.
