About The Position

FASTSIGNS is seeking an experienced Vinyl Graphic/Sign Installer to install finished graphics and signs in a range of settings, including on the ground, walls, vehicles, and ceilings. The role uses various tools to fabricate, assemble, erect, and hang indoor and outdoor installations. Work is hands-on and involves frequent moving, lifting, and building across a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The company describes the role as a career opportunity with varied day-to-day challenges and ongoing training. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with an hourly wage and a monthly production bonus after a 90-day training period. The position primarily follows a weekday day-shift schedule, with occasional after-hours or weekend installations and occasional optional out-of-town work. The installer works with design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines, follows safety guidelines, and may assist with production and other tasks as needed. The franchise location is independently owned and operated, and its franchisee makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of installation experience.
Ability to work a standard schedule with some flexibility.
Team-oriented approach and willingness to assist with production and other tasks.
Proactive approach and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Comfort working on ladders, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Vehicle wrap or tint installation experience.
Ability to operate wide-format printers, routers, and/or lasers.

Responsibilities
