Lead Shower & Bath Installer - Paid Training!
About The Position
West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. We operate in over 40 locations nationwide with over 3,000 employees. The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations of new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates, while ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This role involves assisting in the loading of materials, traveling to customer homes, performing necessary demolition and installation, thorough cleanup, and collecting paperwork and payment.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
