About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in bathroom remodels. The Lead Shower and Bath Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations of new tubs, shower pans, and wall surrounds, including updating plumbing as needed. This role requires providing customers with a 5-star experience from arrival to completion, ensuring thorough cleanup, and handling necessary paperwork and payments. The position involves early morning starts, loading materials at the warehouse, traveling to customer homes, and working closely with homeowners.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
