Bathroom Installer
About The Position
California Bathrooms is hiring 2 experienced Bathroom Installers who can step in and begin producing immediately. We are an established San Diego bathroom remodeling company completing hundreds of projects each year, with an average project value of more than $19,000. We currently have a strong backlog of sold jobs and need experienced installers now. This is not seasonal work and it is not a turn-and-burn remodeling company. We invest heavily in marketing and sales to keep our installation calendar full, while our production team handles scheduling, materials, job preparation and customer coordination so our installers can focus on installing. Our projects primarily include tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, bathtub replacements, shower pans and bases, waterproof wall systems, wall panels and solid-surface surrounds, plumbing fixtures and valves, shower doors, grab bars, seats, niches and accessories, and light carpentry and bathroom repair work. Many of our wet-area projects are designed to be completed in 1–2 days by an experienced crew.
Requirements
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or several of the following trades: Bathroom remodeling, Carpentry, Plumbing, Shower and tub installation, Waterproofing, Finish work
- Ability to work professionally inside occupied homes
