As we’ve grown, Mr. Wilson has continued to explore new and creative ways to connect with homeowners — and that’s where our Lead Setters come in. We’re looking for enthusiastic Lead Setters to represent Wilson Companies inside The Home Depot stores across Akron, Canton, and Boardman. You’ll be the first friendly face customers meet — helping them learn about Wilson’s services and setting qualified leads for our comfort advisors and service teams.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with shoppers inside The Home Depot
- Energetic and goal-driven — motivated by setting quality leads and contributing to team success
- Dependable and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to travel between Akron, Canton, and Boardman Home Depot locations
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or retail is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Engage with shoppers inside The Home Depot and start friendly, helpful conversations.
- Share Wilson’s story — a family-owned company since 1958 providing trusted Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electric solutions.
- Identify homeowner needs and set appointments (leads) for in-home estimates or consultations.
- Represent Wilson professionally and positively, maintaining a strong brand presence in The Home Depot.
- Track leads, follow up as needed, and work closely with the Wilson Field Marketing Team.
