Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience (commercial service experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to consistently produce $40,000-$70,000+ in monthly service revenue.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with drain cleaning, leak detection, water heaters, sewer repairs, gas lines, fixture replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
• Comfortable presenting repair options and closing your own work.
• Experience using flat-rate pricing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Present customers with clear repair options using flat-rate pricing.
• Perform thorough plumbing inspections to identify additional safety or maintenance concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to job completion.
• Generate consistent revenue through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and completed invoices.
• Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for success.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management throughout the day.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls when scheduled.
• Represent the 1-Tom-Plumber brand with professionalism and integrity.
