About The Position
At ReliaBee, we are building San Antonio’s first integrated home services company, offering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water quality, indoor air quality, and home performance services. This role is more than a lead plumber position; it's an opportunity to help build the ReliaBee Plumbing division from the ground up. The successful candidate will serve customers in the field while also helping to shape the standards, processes, training, and culture of the plumbing division. Working directly with ownership, this role involves contributing to department growth, service standards, technician mentoring, inventory and equipment recommendations, customer experience initiatives, and long-term department leadership. Requirements
- Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
- Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Experience with water heaters, water quality, drain systems, leak diagnosis, and residential plumbing repairs
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
- Interest in mentoring others and helping build a growing department
- Valid Texas Driver License

Responsibilities
