Midway Plumbing is growing in Abilene and is looking for a strong Residential Service Plumber who knows their craft, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that's building something great. This is an opportunity for plumbers tired of slow seasons, broken promises, or feeling like just another truck number.
Requirements
- Active Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) — required
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present options
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Someone who wants to grow, not just collect a paycheck
Responsibilities
- Running residential service calls and diagnosing plumbing issues with confidence
- Presenting clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Repairing and replacing water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Handling drain cleaning, sewer issues, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs
- Completing repipes, top-outs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades
- Maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site
- Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience every time
