Requirements

Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations
Proven experience with: Soldering, Pipe threading, Fixture installation, Gas leak testing and repair, Residential service plumbing
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and follow-through
Professional appearance and demeanor
High level of integrity and accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Complete service, maintenance, and drain cleaning calls
Educate customers on repair and replacement options
Build trust and provide exceptional customer service
Recommend appropriate solutions and financing options
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
Complete accurate invoices, paperwork, and job documentation
Participate in team meetings, training, and company events
Mentor and support apprentice plumbers
Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
