About The Position

Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Works with local business teams, technical support personnel and with customers as required on chronic security-related issues and challenges.
  • Works with the supervisor and manager on developing and implementing process changes to improve service delivery.
  • Runs and analyzes reports to identify chronic and system issues, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Communicates hardware issues and systemic problems through proper support channels for formal resolution and documentation.
  • Provides management with timely feedback related to hardware performance, chronic management and overall service excellence processes.
  • Provides technical expertise to Service Operations Security team members.
