First Steps is Missouri’s Early Intervention program that provides support and services to families with children from birth to age three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Benchmark Human Services’ St. Louis office is seeking qualified and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Lead Service Coordinator in the City of St. Louis with the Missouri First Steps program. In this role, the Lead Service Coordinator will help infants, toddlers, and their families access services available through Missouri’s First Steps program. This position will also serve as a Mentor and Supervisor to Service Coordinators in accordance with First Steps guidelines and definitions.
