About The Position
This role is for a Lead Server who will be responsible for running the floor, managing the team, and ensuring excellent guest service. The ideal candidate is a motivated, problem-solving individual with leadership experience in food service. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements
- Experience as a top-tier server with leadership instincts.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable giving feedback and resolving issues.
- Minimum of 2 years in food service.
- Previous lead or key-holder experience.
Responsibilities
- Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations and service.
- Coordinating the team and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assisting with serving, problem-solving, and leading by example.
- Training new employees and conducting pre-shift meetings.
- Serving as the liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Supporting leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and guest retention.
