About The Position
This role involves running the floor smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a strong team dynamic, and providing excellent service. The Lead Server will also be responsible for training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, acting as a liaison between front and back of house, and assisting leadership in maintaining smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in food service.
- Previous lead or key-holder experience.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable giving feedback and resolving issues.
- Ability to maintain high morale.
Responsibilities
- Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations and service.
- Keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Assisting in serving guests, problem-solving, and leading by example.
- Training new hires and leading pre-shift huddles.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between front and back of house operations.
- Supporting leadership in operational efficiency and guest retention.
