St. Barnabas is hiring for a Lead Server at our Retirement Village location! You will be a manager in a country club and hospitality focused setting. Requirements
- Prior experience as a server.
- Great knowledge when it comes to points of service and hospitality.
- restaurant: 2 years (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Gibsonia, PA 15044 (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Restaurant or dining room management experience is preferred.
- lead server: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Multi-task and be able to cover all position in the Front of House (FOH)
- Be able to assist the food and beverage team
- Responsible for training junior food and beverage food service members to maintain high level of hospitality for our residents
- Assist in staff scheduling
- Master the POS system, being able to run end of day reports and close out the Jonas system for the day
- Be sure the server prep and back work is completed to standard consistently
- Be a leader and help develop future team members
