About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Lead Server who believes the dining experience for residents should nourish their souls. This role involves running a finely tuned operation comparable to a 5-star restaurant. The Lead Server will train and mentor dining services talent, manage both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, and ensure high resident satisfaction. Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety
• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate with others
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• 2 years prior experience as a waitperson in a full service restaurant
