About The Position

This role is for a Lead Server who will be responsible for running the floor smoothly and ensuring excellent service. The Lead Server will keep the team synchronized, maintain a positive atmosphere, and lead by example by serving, problem-solving, and guiding the team. Responsibilities include training new hires, conducting pre-shift huddles, and acting as a liaison between front and back of house. The Lead Server will also assist leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Motivated, problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and keeping morale high.
2+ years in food service.
Lead or key-holder experience.

Responsibilities

Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations and service-first mentality.
Keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a strong team atmosphere.
Serving guests, solving problems, and leading the team from the front.
Training new hires and leading pre-shift huddles.
Acting as the point of contact between front and back of house.
Assisting leadership in keeping operations on point and ensuring guest return.
