Requirements

2+ years in food service.
Lead or key-holder experience.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, even during busy periods.
Comfortable giving feedback and solving issues.
Ability to keep team morale high.

Responsibilities

Running the floor with a focus on smooth operations, sharpness, and service-first.
Keeping the team synchronized and maintaining a strong team vibe.
Serving guests, solving problems, and leading by example.
Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the operational tone.
Acting as the primary point of contact between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Assisting leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and encouraging repeat guest visits.
