Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Lead Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community, assisting the Dining Room Manager with oversight of the server team. Alternating weekends and some Holidays required.

Requirements

Minimum completion of high school required, or the equivalent education, training and experience.
Minimum of 6-12 months of restaurant/senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
knowledge in all areas of serving, customer services, and shift/staffing organization.
