About The Position
In this role you will provide quick, efficient and pleasant service of food and beverage to residents and guests. You will accept food orders, communicate to the kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. You will actively bus and reset tables, and deliver food to residents' rooms as needed. You will maintain a clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment. You will also manage servers and utility workers as needed.
Requirements
- Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
- Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
- Ability to take pride in the quality and presentation of food.
- Ability to take pride in the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Generous amount of patience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with many different types of personalities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Food Service experience is a plus.
