We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Server to join our dining services team at our Westover location. This position reports directly to the Chef Manager and plays a key leadership role in supervising servers and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents. The Lead Server works closely with the Chef Manager and Hospitality Manager to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction. This is an important hospitality role focused on creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
